  • Is your Injera Gluten-free?

    Yes! We make our Injera from 100% Teff Grain Flour. This provides a nutrient-dense Injera with a more sourdough flavor from several days of fermentation.

  • Do you have a restaurant still?

    No. We closed our retaurant on our 18 Year Anniv on January 7th. Pursuing a new business model in packaged foods.

  • Do you offer catering?

    Yes! We offer catering for groups of 20 or more people, but are flexible to work with smaller groups on a case by case basis. Fill out our catering form

  • Where can we find your frozen products?

    Currently, you can find us at Good Foods Grocery, Ellwood Thomposon’s, Union Market, and if you are a Seasonal Roots member, you can add our products through their online farmers market portal for home delivery!

  • What allergens should we know about?

    We are pleased to say that our products are free of all 9 major allergens! That covers milk, eggs, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, soybeans, and sesame! We strictly use sunflower oil as well, so everything is also corn free.

  • Where are you located?

    We operate at Hatch Kitchen - A fully equipped commercial kitchen in the Southside. We work alongside some of your favorite food trucks, caterers, and packaged food businesses of Richmond.
